tips to better your game.
This issue will be about pre-game preperation.
How do you get a leg up on your opponent?
That answer is simple.
A easy thing to do is just look at...
-Their roster. Find out who their best players are and who can do the most damage if you make a mistake. By knowing what a pitcher throws, what kind of hitter the player is, where his hot zones are etc.. If you know this it Dramaticly increases your chance of winning because you are already out-smarting the opposition. If you know your roster and know their roster just as well if not better then they do it will allow you to do things that the average player cannot.
-Your players strengths. Is your player a speed guy or a power guy? better against RHP or LHP? does your pitcher strike guys out or can last long in games? good change/curve or good control? The better YOU know your team the better you'll be.
-Buy a whiteboard I use this ALL THE TIME! you can post their lineups, stats, the ballpark! it really doesnt matter, the possiblities are endless!
-Save your team and play with them offline! This is another tool to help you better your game and your knowledge of players. remember.. the more you play the better you will get
Those are basic ways that you can better your game and get a leg-up on your opponent!
